While we strive for excellency in the services we provide, we understand that sometimes we do not meet your expectations. When that happens, we will do our best to remedy the complaint and ensure the mistake is not repeated. With that, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen items. Damages include vandalization, weather, and animal related incidents outside of our control. Should an act of theft or vandalization occur, you will be notified and a report will be filed with the authorities. Should you wish to replace the stolen or damaged items, it will be the financial responsibility of the client to do so. We appreciate your understanding!
